Pet Waste!

Being it’s a NEW YEAR, we would
like to start the year off on the right foot!
Please pick up after your pets! 
We are now offering a REWARD to any resident that
can show picture proof of pet waste violators…
Let’s help make our community beautiful and odor free!

Inspections!

Please be aware that we will start walking
the property on a bi-monthly basis! 
This is for the beauty of our community! 
We will be inspecting for broken blinds,
trash on patios, cigarette butts,
vehicle conditions, etc.  Please make sure that your
patios are in accordance with the rules and regulations
and if you have any questions
please feel free to call us!

• Please keep in mind that we have 3 dumpsters on property!
• If the dumpsters in the front by the office are full then please use the dumpsters at the back of the property behind the pool.
• Please don't set your garbage outside the dumpsters!
• Our maintenance guys Thank You in advance!

Monday, January 2nd - Office Closed.

Thursday, Januray 5th - Rent late if not paid by 5:30! Add $35.

Monday, January 9th - BCS Game. Rent really late if paid after 5:30! Add $50.

Monday, January 16th - Martin Luther King Day.
